Our Mission

syn·er·gy (noun)

1.  The interaction of two or more agents or forces so that their
combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects.

Under the leadership of club director Rich Johnson, 40 Synergy teams have earned bids to USA Volleyball’s Girls’ Junior National Championships since 2005. In 2012, Synergy made history by becoming the first East Coast club to win a national championship, taking the gold medal in the 17 National division.

Synergy Volleyball Club has a tradition of successfully developing young players to compete at the college level. We provide athletes with the fundamental skills, techniques, training and guidance in the recruiting process to succeed at the next level. In 2012, 20 graduating seniors who played for Synergy Orange, Navy and Lehigh teams continued to play volleyball in college, including many Division 1 schools — a statistic that highlights the depth of talent on all of Synergy’s teams. More important, we know that Synergy has given all of our players the foundation for a successful future, both on and off the court.
