Molly joins Synergy after a successful college career at Seton Hall University and West Chester University.  Molly played at Seton Hall for three seasons, making the NCAA tournament during her junior season.  She transferred to West Chester for her senior campaign where she earned numerous honors while leading West Chester to an NCAA tournament appearance. She earned PSAC All-Conference Honors, AVCA All-American Honors and was named team MVP.

Prior to college, Molly played for Synergy for six years.  Molly also attended Southern Lehigh High School where she earned numerous accolades.  She was named Morning Call Player of the Year in 2011.  She was selected to the PVCA All-State Team twice, named the PIAA District XI MVP twice and selected as a Morning Call All Star three times.
