Coach Dave Noll has been part of the Synergy coaching staff since 2003, and helped coach the 2012 15 Orange to an Open bid win at the NEQ, and the 2010 15 Orange to a 3rd place finish at Nationals. He is currently the head coach for girls volleyball at Agnes Irwin School, and in 2011 he led his team to a state championship at the Inaugural Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools Athletic Association tournament. In addition to extensive club and college coaching experience, including Haverford University, University of Pennsylvania and Susquehanna University, Coach Noll played on the Toyota Pro Beach Volleyball Tour from 2001 to 2004.
