Mike Lott – 12 Orange
Coach Mike Lott returns for his third year at Synergy. Coach Lott coached 12 Orange to the 2011 USAV Nationals in Atlanta. Last year he coached Synergy’s 14 Navy team. He also is head CYO coach at St. Maximilian Kolbe in West Chester. Prior to joining Synergy, he coached at Valley Forge Volleyball club. With two daughters who have played club volleyball, Coach Lott is also an experienced volleyball parent and has chaperoned several teams to national qualifiers and USAV Nationals. His youngest daughter Nicole Lott was an All-Tournament outside hitter on the 2012 17 Orange team that won the USAV National Championship.
