Coach Pat Rucker has taken several Synergy teams to nationals over the years, and assisted with many others. During the 2011-12 season, he led his 15 Orange team to a coveted Open bid at USAV Nationals. Since 2009 he has served as assistant coach at Bishop Shanahan High School. Since 2002 he has coached CYO teams at St. Joeseph-Downingtown, which in 2008 won the Archdiocese championship and in 2010 won the girls varsity and JV Region 17 Volleyball Championship.
