Tom comes to Synergy with almost 3 decades of club athletics coaching and
administrative experience.
Tom will provide knowledge and stability.
Tom also has two daughters playing NCAA volleyball and broad spectrum of
experience and contacts in the recruiting world which makes him valuable to
the team and the club.
Together Tom and his Daughter Nicole make a strong coaching team.
